About ESFL Hospitality
Built on Community. Driven by Experience.
At ESFL Hospitality, our story starts with the people behind the Emergency Services Football League and our strong connection to the emergency services community.
We’re passionate about creating opportunities for people to step away from the demands of everyday life, spend time with the people who matter and enjoy unforgettable experiences together. From Premier League football and Formula 1 to major concerts and live entertainment, we source quality hospitality packages at competitive prices, making great experiences more accessible.
Our roots are firmly within the emergency services community, and we’re proud to offer exclusive benefits to serving and retired emergency services personnel, prison staff, HM Armed Forces, NHS workers, their families and close friends.
But ESFL Hospitality has grown beyond that community. Our hospitality experiences are open to everyone — whether you’re looking for a special day out, celebrating with family and friends, entertaining clients or simply want to experience a major event in style.
More Than Just Hospitality
Inspired by the success and values of the Emergency Services Football League, ESFL Hospitality was built around the principles of care, community and connection.
We believe that having something to look forward to matters. Whether it’s a big match, a concert, a Grand Prix or simply spending quality time with the people you care about, these experiences create memories that last long after the final whistle or encore.
For those who serve our communities, we’re especially proud to provide opportunities to unwind, recharge and enjoy time away from the pressures of the job.
For everyone else, we’re simply here to help make your next event a little more special.
Our roots are emergency services. Our experiences are for everyone.
Our Founders
Founded by Andy Smurthwaite and Steven Swinscoe, both with proud policing backgrounds, ESFL Hospitality was born from a genuine passion for supporting the emergency services community and giving something back to those who dedicate their lives to helping others.
Our core offering is premium hospitality experiences across English domestic and European football, including the Premier League, Scottish Premiership, Champions League and Europa League.
Through our trusted travel affiliates, we also provide access to matchday experiences across some of Europe’s biggest leagues, including La Liga, the Bundesliga and Serie A, alongside hospitality and experiences across other major sporting events such as Formula 1, Rugby, Cricket, Golf, NFL and MotoGP.
While our roots remain firmly within the emergency services community, our experiences are open to everyone — bringing people together to enjoy some of the biggest sporting and entertainment events in the world.
Exclusive Access to the World's Biggest Events
But our reach extends far beyond football. Thanks to partnerships with leading ticket suppliers, we also offer access to events such as Formula 1, cricket, rugby, golf, boxing, the NFL, and even music concerts, theatre shows, and comedy gigs. With our extensive network, we’re able to provide our members with fantastic savings and exclusive last-minute deals to some of the biggest events in the UK and beyond.
At ESFL Hospitality, we believe in creating meaningful escapes from the demands of work. By making world-class hospitality experiences more affordable, we’re helping our members make memories that last a lifetime—all while positively impacting their mental health and quality of life.
Join us in celebrating and supporting the incredible individuals who keep our communities safe.
